Né au Bénin, Rafiy Okefolahan vit et travaille entre Porto Novo et Paris. Son art s'exprime essentiellement au travers de la peinture, en utilisant divers matériaux : huile, pigments, charbon... Il s'adonne aussi, parfois, à la photographie et à la réalisation d'installations.
