Interview: Lithuania's Foreign Minister Budrys: "Russia wants NATO to be destroyed"

Deterring Russia and protecting NATO's eastern flank is a shared responsibility of all allies, Lithuania's Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys told DW. Yet he noted that he sees less enthusiasm to bring the Alliance's defense plans to life than there was at the beginning of the war in Ukraine.
