Matt Saunders trennt sich von seiner Freundin Jenny ohne zu wissen, dass sie die Superheldin "G-Girl" ist. Als sie ihre Kräfte einsetzt, um sich zu rächen, wird sein Leben völlig chaotisch. Matt möchte eine neue Beziehung mit seiner Kollegin Hannah aufbauen, doch Jennys wütende Attacken machen ihm das Leben schwer. Ihre Superkräfte lassen ihm keine Ruhe und bringen unerwartete Probleme.
