Als Fran erfährt, dass ihr Exfreund heiraten wird, verfällt sie in einen wilden Kaufrausch. Während Gracie sich Sorgen um ihre Nanny macht und eine Therapie vorschlägt, muss Fran erst einmal verstehen, dass sie ein Problem hat. Maxwell und Niles versuchen, ihr zu helfen und sie aufzurichten, doch als plötzlich Dannys schwangere Verlobte vor ihr steht, flüchtet Fran wieder ins Kaufhaus.
