In der Praxis von Dr. Pol tauchen erneut einige bezaubernde Patienten auf. Da wäre zum einen eine niedliche Katze, die allerdings unter lebensbedrohlichen Beschwerden, genauer gesagt unter einer Verstopfung leidet. Die Tierärzte müssen herausfinden, was die Ursache für diesen Zustand ist. Auch ein Pferd hat erhebliche Darmprobleme, die ebenfalls erst einmal lokalisiert werden müssen. Last but not least wird es sogar noch richtig emotional - mit einem überraschenden Antrag.
