In der Klinik von Dr. Pol jagt ein Notfall den nächsten: Ein Pitbull hat sich den hochansteckenden Parvovirus und obendrein noch eine bakterielle Infektion zugezogen. Wenn Veterinärin Dr. Emily nicht schnell handelt, könnte das Ganze einen tödlichen Ausgang nehmen. Dr. Pol ist derweil im Außendienst unterwegs: Er muss ein Pferd vor dem Ersticken bewahren. Außerdem kämpft er um das Augenlicht eines Hasens und eilt einem Schweinchen in Not zur Hilfe. Zum Wohl der Tiere geben Dr. Pol und sein Team Tag und Nacht Vollgas!
