AMÉRIQUE LATINE, LE CONTINENT OUBLIÉ

Lima, décembre 2014, COP20. En 15 ans, l'Amérique latine a connu une augmentation de température de 0,5°. Un petit chiffre pour de grands changements : fonte des glaciers, sécheresse, inondations, déforestation... de l'Altiplano à la forêt amazonienne, quatre pays posent leurs questions aux dirigeants et aux spécialistes du changement climatique.
