1968 - The End of the Prague Spring

Secretly filmed footage shows how the Prague Spring was swiftly put down on August 21, 1968. Within a matter of hours, troops and tanks from fellow Warsaw Pact members occupied Czechoslovakia. Local residents in various parts of the capital, however, tried to halt the advance of the invasion.
